    • Apply for up to $250,000 for those under age 50
    • Apply for up to $150,000 for those age 50 - 59
  • Just answer a few medical questions and, if no additional medical information is needed, you're done1
  • Coverage can continue up to age 75
  • Coverage available for spouses/domestic partners
  • Valuable built-in features including:
    • Accelerated Benefits Feature - If you or your spouse are diagnosed with 24 months or less to live, you may receive up to 80% of your benefit, to a maximum of $200,000.2
